The Goyder-Bell award



A certificate will be available to stations who make contacts with the event stations.  

Points will be awarded to amateur stations who contact the event stations as follows:

Group 1:

G2SZ (14-20 October): six points per band QSO (any mode)

GB2NZ (29 September to 26 October) two points per band QSO (any mode)

Group 2:

ZL4AA (12-20 October): six points per band QSO (any mode)

ZM100DX (29 September to 26 December) two points per band QSO (any mode)

The Goyder-Bell award will recognise those stations who contact the above participating stations and achieve points and QSOs as follows:

Bronze award: at least 10 points

Silver award: at least 16 points including at least one QSO with a group 1 station and one QSO with a group 2 station

Gold award: at least 24 points including at least one QSO with all four stations

Platinum award: at least 24 points including at least one contact on 80m with both G2SZ and ZL4AA

Please send a list of qualifying QSOs and dates/times to g3bj.don "at" gmail.com  (replace "at" with @ when mailing. QSLs are not needed.  Certificates will be emailed in pdf format to eligible applicants.
